Data Deletion Instructions

1. Scope

Winrun Furniture uses Win-Run CRM to receive and manage inquiries from the Winrun Furniture Facebook Page, Facebook Messenger, and Meta Lead Ads. This page explains how users and businesses can request deletion of Meta-related data processed by Winrun Furniture.

2. Data We May Store

Depending on how you contact us, we may store:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and other information submitted through a Meta Lead Ad.
  • Facebook Page-scoped identifiers, display name, and profile information made available by Meta.
  • Messenger messages, attachments, referral information, and inquiry history.
  • Facebook Page connection details and access tokens required to operate the integration.
  • CRM assignment, follow-up, security, and audit records related to the inquiry.

We use this data only to respond to inquiries, provide quotations and project services, assign sales representatives, maintain customer records, and secure the integration. We do not sell Meta-derived personal data.

3. How to Request Deletion

Email winrun@win-run.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to locate your data, such as your name, email address or phone number, the Facebook Page or business you contacted, and the approximate date of the interaction. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

You may also remove the Win-Run CRM integration from your Facebook account by opening Facebook Business Integrations, locating Win-Run CRM, and choosing Remove.

4. What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize the relevant contact profile, Messenger content, Lead Ads form data, Page connection records, access tokens, and associated CRM records, except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual obligations, or security requirements.

5. Processing Time

We will acknowledge a valid request as soon as reasonably possible and normally complete deletion from active systems within 30 days. Residual copies in secured backups may remain until the next backup rotation and will not be used for active processing.
