Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all inquiries, design requests, sample orders, and purchase orders made through win-run.com. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Design Service

We provide free design proposals within 24 hours for qualified project inquiries. Designs remain the intellectual property of WinRun until a formal production agreement is signed.

3. Quotations

All price quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in the proforma invoice based on approved shop drawings and specifications.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit (typically 30-50% of contract value). Balance payment is due before shipment unless credit terms are agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines begin upon deposit confirmation. WinRun is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.

6. Warranty

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of shipment. This warranty covers material and workmanship under normal use conditions.
