1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, request a design or quotation, place an order, contact the Winrun Furniture Facebook Page, send a Facebook Messenger message, or submit a Meta Lead Ad form, we may collect information that you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, project requirements, message content, attachments, and other inquiry details.

When an authorized business administrator connects a Meta account to Win-Run CRM, we may also receive Facebook Page identifiers, Page names, Page-scoped user identifiers, profile information made available by Meta, referral and campaign information, and access tokens required to operate the integration.

We also collect standard website analytics and technical information, such as pages visited, browser information, approximate location, timestamps, IP address, and security or audit logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and Messenger conversations.
  • Prepare quotations, design proposals, samples, orders, and project services.
  • Create and maintain customer, inquiry, opportunity, and follow-up records in Win-Run CRM.
  • Assign inquiries to authorized sales representatives and send follow-up reminders.
  • Connect and operate Facebook Page, Messenger, and Meta Lead Ads integrations.
  • Prevent duplicate records, protect accounts, investigate errors, and maintain audit logs.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience.

3. Meta Platform Data

Win-Run CRM accesses Meta Platform data only after an authorized administrator grants permission. We use the minimum permissions needed to identify the connected Facebook Page, receive Page Webhook events, process Messenger inquiries, and retrieve Lead Ads submissions.

Access tokens and Page connection records are restricted to authorized systems and personnel and are not displayed to ordinary CRM users. We do not sell Meta-derived personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.

You may revoke the integration through Facebook Business Integrations.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only with authorized Winrun personnel and service providers that support website hosting, CRM hosting, communications, analytics, security, payment, logistics, or project delivery. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services or as required by law.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Website and CRM data may be stored on systems operated by Winrun and its hosting or technology providers. We use access controls, HTTPS, account authentication, logging, backups, and other reasonable safeguards to protect information.

We retain inquiry and customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Integration access tokens are retained while the connection remains active and are removed or disabled when the integration is disconnected or deletion is required.

7. Your Choices and Data Deletion

We normally complete verified deletion requests from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal, security, accounting, contractual, and backup-retention requirements.

8. International Processing

Because Winrun serves international customers and uses global technology providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this policy and applicable requirements.
