A More Controlled Supply Model

Replace Multiple Suppliers with One Coordinated Project System

A whole-house project is not simply a larger furniture order. Cabinet dimensions, furniture proportions, colors, hardware, packing and delivery must work together across every room.

Managing Separate Suppliers

  • Different drawings, finish references and quality standards
  • Repeated communication with cabinet, furniture and material vendors
  • Higher risk of color, hardware and dimension inconsistencies
  • Separate packing lists, delivery schedules and responsibilities
  • Difficult to identify responsibility when project details conflict

The WinRun One-Stop Model

  • One project brief and one room-by-room scope matrix
  • One coordinated material, finish and hardware direction
  • Factory-controlled production and quality checkpoints
  • Unified labels, packing lists and container loading plan
  • One project team connecting design, manufacturing and delivery

Furniture Manufacturing Supported by Coordinated Product Sourcing

WinRun’s own factory focuses on custom cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities, wall panels and whole-house furniture. For related products such as tiles, doors, windows, glass, hardware, lighting and supporting interior materials, we coordinate with qualified partner factories according to the confirmed project scope, destination requirements and quality expectations.

Whole House Supply FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before Starting

What products can be included in a whole-house package?

The package can include kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, wall panels, entry storage, laundry cabinets, living-room storage, beds, nightstands, desks, tables and selected loose furniture. The final scope is confirmed room by room.

Can WinRun work from our architect’s drawings?

Yes. We can review PDF, CAD and architectural drawings, then coordinate cabinetry layouts, furniture requirements, dimensions and material specifications for factory production.

Can different budget levels be proposed?

Yes. Board structure, surface finish, hardware, countertop and furniture specifications can be adjusted to create practical good, better and premium directions while protecting the overall design language.

How do you keep finishes consistent across different rooms?

We establish a coordinated material schedule and approved samples before production. The project team then uses the same references for drawings, purchasing, manufacturing and inspection.

Do you provide installation overseas?

Yes. WinRun provides on-site installation for our projects worldwide. The only exception is the United States, where our installation service covers California and nearby areas. For US projects outside California, and where scheduling requires it, we provide installation drawings, labels, video guidance and coordination with your approved local installation team.

What is needed for an initial project assessment?

Share the project location, floor plans, room list, preferred style, required products, approximate budget and target timeline. Inspiration images are also useful if the design direction is not finalized.
